There's more to buying bedding than you think...

We believe that a knowledgeable consumer is a better consumer. That's why we made this educational wing of our website. The information here is provided for you to make an informed decision when purchasing bedding, wether it be from us or not.

We realize that the bedding industry has a lot of daunting jargon just like many other industries in the world. These uncommon terms can sometimes be confusing in the eyes of unprepared consumers.

Here you can learn about the different thread counts, types of materials, proper sheet care, how to measure your bedding and much more. You'll also learn the meaning of terms such as percale and pilling (little fabric balls), and also how to prevent it with proper care. One of the most important things to remember when buying bedding for a mattress, wether it be King, Queen, Olympic Queen, full size, twin, or any other size out there is the type of cotton you'll be purchasing. We only recommend Pima, Supima, or Egyptian cotton because these are all the extra long staple (ELS) cottons. We've organized all of the topics on the menu on the left to help you navigate. If you feel that we've left something out, please email us. All of the information provided is completely unbiased.

We recommend that you review all of the topics before making a purchase. If you need more help, we're always here at the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page. Feel free to drop us a line, even if it's just to say Hello.
